To keep costs down and value up, we look for low mileage 48 Volt Club Cars that pass a rigorous screening process. Using Club Car’s unique on-board computer to identify low usage vehicles, we cherry-pick golf cars with good voltage output and excellent charging capacity. Batteries are dated and tested for overall health. Weak ones are replaced as are brakes, front end parts and more. Factory lighting kits and wiring harnesses are added too.
We often have great values in trade-ins too. But we’re picky. If a potential trade-in hasn’t been maintained and repaired by our technicians through the years, then we make certain that the systems are checked out before the trade takes place. If a potential trade fails our screening process, we suggest the owner try to sell the car himself...without a warranty. At Golf Cars of Arizona, every used car comes with a warranty.
The best alternative to a new Club Car is a Factory Rebuilt Club Car. Built using Club Car’s 12-step GOLD STANDARD remanufacturing process. Select used cars are returned to the factory, where they are stripped down to the chassis and rebuilt with over 130 new parts, including new Trojan batteries, the best in the industry. Inside and out, mechanical & electrical parts, body parts, trim, seats and bumpers are all replaced. After a rigorous quality control inspection, a new serial number for the current model year is assigned, signifying a genuine factory remanufactured vehicle. Gold Standard cars are sold exclusively by factory-authorized Club Car dealers such as Golf Cars of Arizona. Available as a standard golf car, a 4-passenger car, or a utility vehicle with cargo box. They come with a one-year warranty.
